"Helpful when they got back to me"
I don’t remember every detail, but I do remember waiting longer than I expected. When support finally replied, they were helpful enough, so that part was fine. Just wish the response had come a bit sooner.

"Super cute... but ouch!!!"
These are really cute, honestly!! But after about ten minutes of wearing them, my feet were already hurting... so disappointing!!!

"Shipping took longer than I hoped"
My order showed up in good shape, so I can’t really complain too much, right? But the shipping definitely took longer than I expected, and the updates were a little slow too. Not a terrible experience by any means, just wish it had moved a bit faster.

I ordered from byfar.com and the shoes themselves were fine, no real complaints there. But the packaging? What a joke, honestly. For the price, I expected it to feel a lot more premium. The box showed up a little dented, and the inside looked super basic, like someone threw it together in a rush. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely didn’t feel like the nicer unboxing I was expecting.

I had a feeling exchanging something with them was going to be a pain, and yep, that’s exactly what happened. I reached out to start an exchange and then basically got ignored for days. It just confirmed what I already suspected about their customer service.

"Honestly, just not my vibe"
I tried browsing byfar.com i just could not get into it. Most of the bags and shoes felt painfully plain to me, like they were trying so hard to be trendy but somehow still ended up looking dull. The colors didn’t help either — everything felt a bit lifeless. Nothing made me stop and think, “Wow, I need this.” For those prices, I was expecting something way more stylish, or at least not so incredibly boring.

"The sizing felt really off"
The weird part is, I ordered what I thought would be my normal size, but it ended up being way too tight. I couldn’t really wear it comfortably, so I just sent it back.

"Cute at first, but didn’t hold up"
I really liked the way this bag looked when I first got it, it was cute and went with a lot of outfits, which is kind of why I grabbed it in the first place. But after only a few wears, the strap started cracking. I wasn’t doing anything rough with it either, just normal use. For the price, I expected it to last longer. It’s a shame because it looked nice, but yeah, disappointing overall.

"Not worth the price"
The bag looked really cute online, but once I got it, I was kind of disappointed. The leather felt cheaper than I expected, and it started creasing after only a few wears. The stitching was a little messy in places too. For the price, I really thought the quality would be much better.
